Social Sigma Nu boasts an active social schedule for its brothers, including impromptu in-house social events, exchanges, invites, tailgates, and registered parties. Impromptu In-House Social Events Our location in Los Angeles facilitates an active lifestyle with impromptu games of volleyball, basketball, and recreational sports such as horseshoes. Exchanges Sigma Nu hosts exchanges with the finest sororities at USC. Past themes have included RubikÕs Cube and 80s Aspen. Invites Every semester, Sigma Nu hosts an invite for Sigma Nu brothers and their dates. These events have been held at venues throughout Los Angeles, from Hollywood to Malibu to Manhattan Beach. In addition to these invites, Sigma Nu holds one out-of-town formal each year, known as White Rose. Formals usually take place in Las Vegas. Tailgates College football is a big part of Greek life and a big part of life in Sigma Nu. During football season, Sigma Nu regularly hosts tailgates at the house and on campus. Alumni are always welcome, and tailgates serve as great reunions for recent alumni. Often, weÕll pair up with sororities for tailgates and football games. Registered Parties Our chapter has become famous for its registered parties. Recent themes include Ruble in the Jungle, Arabian Nights, High Society, and All You Need Is Love.
